Most books and other materials in Rowan University Libraries’ collections can be requested for pickup at Campbell Library. Note that books in our Reference and Reserve collections, and materials from Special Collections, are not available for request.

Off-campus delivery is available for Campbell Library users who are typically not on campus such as online or distance learners. If you opt in to off-campus delivery ALL library materials you request, including Interlibrary Loan materials, will automatically be mailed to you for one academic year or until you opt out of off-campus delivery. See the off-campus delivery information below.

How to Request Library Pickup

  1. Use the Library Search box on the Campbell Library homepage or go to Library Search to search the libraries’ collections.
  2. In order to see the request options, users must by be logged into Library Search. If you are not signed in, use the 'Sign In' link in the upper right corner.

  3. Use the filters on the left side of the search results to refine your search. Select the Held by Library filter, to limit the search to physical items which may be available for pickup.

  4. Click any item in the search results to view more information.
  5. Under the Get It section, click the Library Pickup link. Enter any comments and click Send Request.

  6. You will be notified by email when your requested item is ready for pickup. See our Location & Hours page for current pickup locations and hours.

Off-Campus Delivery

Off-campus delivery provides an opportunity for members of the Rowan community to have library materials shipped to their home or current residence. At this time, we are unable to send library materials to on-campus addresses.

Lost your return label?

Contact us at circulation@rowan.edu and we can provide you with a new one.

Opt out of Off-Campus Delivery

Off-campus delivery registration is valid for a full academic year. If you want to opt out of off-campus delivery sooner, fill out the off-campus delivery request form again, and select Opt Out of Off-Campus Delivery.
